Private Pilot

Flying is freedom.  Unlock possibilities today.  Whether for leisure, to help you expand your business opportunities, or you want to pursue a career as a professional pilot, the Private Pilot License is where you start.  Once you earn your certificate, the sky is the limit!

Requirements for the PPL:

  • Be 17 years of age.

  • Be able to read, write, and understand English.

  • Medical – you need to hold a medical certificate to act as PIC of any aircraft.  Make sure you are able to receive a medical certificate from an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) before investing in flight training.

Instrument Rating

When the weather is less than ideal and clouds are low and visibility is diminished, the private pilot is likely stuck on the ground.  Enhance your skills and open the door to even more safety and flying opportunities with the Instrument Rating.  It’s an invaluable tool that will allow you to safely complete your flight with confidence! Even if you never fly in the clouds, you will enhance your skills by training to the highest technical standards required of the Instrument Rating.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate.

  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Commercial Pilot

If you want to fly as a career, the Commercial Pilot Certificate is your ticket.  With more in depth training to more precise flight standards and enhanced skill development, you open many doors to having an office in the sky!
